Restaurant Review - Blue Fish Japanese Restaurant

Happy HUMP day everyone! Today's blog is going to be a Restaurant Review.

If you know me, I LOVE eating out, especially when I can get a big group of friends together during Lunch, Happy Hour or Dinner.  Today's restaurant of choice was Blue Fish Japanese Restaurant which has AMAZING sushi and bento boxes (available only on their lunch menu).

Check out the menu here: http://www.thebluefishsushi.com they also have great Happy Hour Specials so don't forget to plan your next HH there.

I truly enjoy sushi because each person can order a couple of items and you can share them family style so everyone can try all sorts of different rolls or appetizers.

Today, we started out with the AHI TOWER which is a tuna tartar marinated in sesame oil over snow crab, avocado salad beaded on a sushi rice foundation infused with creamy wasabi sauce and various caviar.   The waiter/waitress will ask you if you would like them to mix it for you once they are at your table.  Here is the final product.

We also shared an order of Shrimp Tempura which is always a great appetizer choice here.

Finally for our main dish we shared the Mega Lobster Roll which is a whole lobster tail that is battered and tempura fried which is rolled up with asparagus, cucumber and avocado then drizzled with masago, spicy mayo, eel sauce and lobster mayo.   This is a very healthy portioned order so make sure you have a huge appetite or share this with someone you love.....

Happy eating and make Blue Fish Japanese Restaurant your next "Date Night" restaurant in the future.
